Bailey Gordon

Bailey has focused her career on helping organizations grow in the areas of relationship building, collaborative leadership, increased organizational capacity, sustainable growth in financial resources and enhanced community awareness. Her experience in fundraising ranges from coordinating annual campaigns to implementing workplace giving campaigns and leading a multi-million dollar capital campaign. Bailey’s strategy has improved donor retention, increased the number of donors, and boosted board and associate board involvement in fundraising activities in the organizations with which she has worked.

Bailey’s introduction to fundraising and philanthropy occurred as a student when she worked at the Oklahoma State University Foundation. This experience ignited her interest in connecting passionate people with organizations that, together, would change lives. She went on to play a pivotal role in resource development for Allied Arts, the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation, and the Oklahoma Hall of Fame and Gaylord-Pickens Museum before launching her own strategic fundraising firm in 2019. As a consultant, Bailey enjoys working behind the scenes with her clients to help them flourish in fundraising and, in turn, achieving their important missions.

Bailey graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in marketing and holds an MBA from the University of Oklahoma. She currently serves on the boards of Allied Arts, the Downtown Club of Oklahoma City, and Leadership Oklahoma City Alumni. Bailey is a member of Leadership Oklahoma City’s LOYAL Class VII and has been recognized for her civic involvement by the Oklahoma Gazette as a Forty Under 40 honoree and in the OKC Friday’s first three classes of Oklahoma City’s 50 Most Powerful Young Professionals. Bailey is an avid traveler, theatergoer, chocolate chip cookie baker, and neighborhood walker with her rescue dog, Annie.

Raegan Jackson

Raegan is a 2022 graduate of Oklahoma State University. With a degree in Strategic Communications with minors in Nonprofit Management and Marketing, Raegan brings a collaborative and creative element to each project. She is integral in the development of each client's work by helping establish the messaging, creating a visual identity and moving every project forward. Raegan also manages all of BGC's social media and communications tools. Raegan has a passion for the nonprofit community and loves working with so many incredible organizations. She is a sports fan and follower of the Detroit Lions and her OSU Cowboys, and makes exceptional playlists for productivity.
